Penny captured the Kingdom of Heaven review on Talking Movies (14.3 mb) and a clip of Orlando talking about folk music on Top of the Pops (2.9 mb). I'm running low on the bandwidth due to recent downloads so I'm putting the files on RapidShare. Click here for download instruction.

Mother's Day question
posted by Jas, 05/08/05
NY Daily News asked Orlando and Liam Neeson what their mother had taught him. BTW, Happy Mother's Day to all Mums all over the world.
There were mixed reactions to Mother's Day on the red carpet at the "Kingdom of Heaven" premiere on Wednesday. I asked Orlando Bloom what his mother had taught him. "To respect everyone from the doorman to the director," he said, over the din of swooning teenagers. The same question caused Liam Neeson to scowl like he'd just been offered a root canal. "What did I learn from my mother? Oh, these questions." Well, you know, it's Mother's Day this weekend. "I actually only learned Mother's Day when I came here. They never used to celebrate that stuff in Ireland." Look, this is a softball question designed to make actors look good. Mom (who still lives in Belfast) must have taught you something. "Oh, I can't. I can't get into it." Sounds like someone's not getting a card.
