Taking mystery out of the movies Film buffs can learn about all the behind-the-scenes activities that go into creating a movie -- from set design to makeup -- in "Action! An Adventure in Moviemaking,"a new attraction at the Liberty Science Center in Jersey City. The exhibit, which made its debut at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, began its national tour at Liberty Science Center on Memorial Day weekend and continues through Sept. 5 before traveling around the country. It will be the last traveling exhibit to stop at Liberty Science Center before it closes for a major renovation, reopening in 2007. During construction, the center will relocate to the nearby Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal in Liberty State Park. Located on the first floor of the science center, "Action!" begins with a five-minute introductory film that shows visitors that a lot more goes into a movie than just the acting. The film features interviews with actor Orlando Bloom and others who worked behind the scenes in "Kingdom of Heaven," which filmed in Morocco.
